The Big Damn Trailer (Instrumental Version)

I've had many, many requests for an instrumental-only version of the Big Damn Trailer, which is the last 3 minutes, which are set only to music. Here are the links for the instrumental version, which also comes in two sizes, like the full trailer (described below).


The Big Damn Trailer

I've put together a Big Damn Trailer for Serenity, the Firefly movie that opens at the end of September. Three official trailers have been released so far, and I squeezed them all into this big-honking seven minute compilation. It contains just about all the scenes in the three official trailers, plus a bit from the SciFi sneak previews, plus a few secret ingredients. There are no spoilers, apart from what you would have seen in those trailers or on SciFi.

The trailer comes in two sizes: small (360x240) and large (720x480). The sound quality is also better in the bigger version. If you don't have the Divx codec already, you'll probably need to get it, which is not hard to do. It's free and can be downloaded at CNET's download.com (search for "Divx Play Bundle", available for both Windows and Mac).

I did have direct links to these trailers, but my site was crawling. These links will now take you to filecloud and megaupload. You'll need to register to download at filecloud (but it is free).



Even though I've already seen Serenity at the press screening in NYC, I must admit I still watch this trailer regularly. It's just hard to believe the movie is finally here! Anyways, I hope you enjoy watching this trailer as much as I enjoyed making it.
